LRIG1 inhibits tumor growth in vivo. A2058 cells were implanted subcutaneously into immunocompromised mice. When the tumors reached 80 mm3 in volume, the mice received intratumoral administration of LRIG1 siRNA or scramble vector and intraperitoneal administration of ISL every other day.
