Kaplan-Meier analyses of recurrence-free survivals after surgical removal of non-metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma. piRNAs were dichotomized using their values (given in normalized units) obtained in the ROC analysis at the point of maximal accuracy to discriminate between recurrence and recurrence free.
