From: Green tea and quercetin sensitize PC-3 xenograft prostate tumors to docetaxel chemotherapy
Modulation of miRNA expression. Eight tumor samples were randomly selected from each group for this analysis. Total miRNA was extracted from tumor tissues, reversely transcribed to cDNA and quantified using quantitative real-time PCR. Mature miRNA expression was calculated using the 2-ΔΔCt method in normalization to human RNU6-2 snRNA. Each sample was done in triplicate. Data are presented as mean ± SD.
